when I comment on a poll and the poll opens alone (not the overview of all polls) then the sidebar is always placed BELOW the poll.
There is obviously an error in the page layout for when a single poll is shown (like when commenting on it)

This plugins are working together, as you can see on my demo site ( http://demo2.oxpro.org/ ;). Please describe the problem detailed.

Could you PM me your site url. I will test the issue on your site.
It seems to be a theme issue. I tried to test it on your site (http://jambo-congo.net/), but there is a javascript error which prevents opening questions in popup.
Also, could you PM me test user details, because I couldn't login to your site via Facebook Connect.
