Where I can edit the welcome messages posted on the New
Members wall & where/how I can customize the welcome email message?

To edit it, go to the admin panel, 'Page and menu', 'User dashboard'
On this page, go hover the widget called 'welcome' ,click on 'edit' and replace the content with your.

How about the Join our community message "Join our fast-growing community. Find new friends, date up, share photo and video. Enjoy!"
Also can I customize the invitation email & the welcome email too!!!!! where are all located?

If you dont allow user to customize there own Dashboard (there is the Welcome Message),
go in as Admin ==> Pages & Menus ==> User Dashboard, edit the "Welcome widget"
and in the language editing you can change the same text message for email "Welcome message"

We have a invite new members button on the Admin pages right?
So when i ad some emails and send the invitation get sent. But my doubt is can we edit the invitation that are being sent to invite users?
