enable debug mode, check your error log, try to disable/enable plugin

I saw the error log. The issue is about a plugin. But I can't find the exact plugin causing the problem

Most likely your issue is not related to any particular plugin at all ( error logs you provided are not related to plugins).

I have checked your site and seems like you are running out of memory.



I assume that chat is not loading properly because of this.
Please contact your hosting provider to resolve the memory issue.
Check the chat after the memory limit is increased. If you still will not see friends in chat, let me know.

how much memory would you recommend to use for this? Version 1.7.1

Josh, first of all, your request has nothing to do with the topic, next time, please create a separate post. 

Second, that depends on the user's activity you'll have on your website and set of plugins. 

You can definitely start with a shared plan, however you should consider vps or dedicated server, the memory depends on how much you can afford, the more the better
