Serkan, do you want the users' avatars to show up against the message in the chat window?
Or are you talking about the attachment which did not appear when a user 1 sent it to user 2?

Let me explain.
The chat window is supposed to show the messages only. The chat is the conversation between two users: you and your opponent. The opponent avatar (with the link to their profile) you can see at the top of the chat window. Also, the chat messages are wrapped into bubbles with different colors. It's like the SMS - it's obvious which message belongs to you and which one belongs to your opponent. The avatars on each message would be superfluous.

Serkan, you can play with the bubbles color and background via CSS. As an example, you can try using these styles:
.ow_dialog_item.odd .ow_dialog_in_item {
background-color: #d2e5a5;
}
.ow_dialog_item.even .ow_dialog_in_item {
background-color: #2a80ae;
}
