I have the same problem Windget not visible to the settings I installed the plugin and it appeared to me error 400 and I reloaded the page, there was installing but no settings button in the management plugin or uninstalled and reinstalled but I have not solved? I have the 1.7 platform how do I fix it?

1) Uinstall the plugin
2) Enable DEBUG and DEV mode in config.php file
3) Install the plugin
This will say what is causing the errors to you.
