Happens to me as well. As you can see, the icons have disappeared. Change the subject and remove or put other plugins not affected. When updating an error does not occur.

Did you update `Attachments` plugin?

I bought the Attachments plugin http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/246 ;

and I've installed on the network that I have to ver.1.71 and now works correctly. 

In another network that I have with ver.1.53 working properly without this plugin has cost me 15 $, I think it should not be. And if so, notify that this plugin needs the other. 

Sorry, I was wrong and I have found the solution and the root of the problem. 

When upgrading to ver. 1.71 all options from misite/admin/plugins/questions are deleted and re-activating it the icons appear and everything works without the attachments plugin
