i have told them that i lost my previous mail account . i bought 1 of their product even i have license key and purchases Paypal account email . when they asked me tell my papal i provide them but they are not grunting the license of that product in this account . i'm facing this problem because my ftp is not working i update all plugins and theme manually . But i'm getting best support from oxwall candy store and and other all plugin and theme provider even they are help me to fix bugs and other , they grunt me all plugins in this account . They know how to understand their customers problem . ALL time money is not every thing .. you should focus on your customer .

i told you again and again that my that email i d has been lost though i had remove paypal at that id . but you are asking me to give transaction id . you know i have not noted that id , at that time i didn't know that my email id would lost . i'm not cheating with you . i have provide all the details i think you have purchases record with you at that id and i also have license key . Event i provide screenshot of two more product which other plugin provider has grunt me and i told you to asked them to about my problem but you are not going to believe me why ?
