Here's another issue. I used another plugin to upload a video. Your icon appeared on the Newsfeed page. But I could play the video.

This is what appears on the Newsfeed page--a little black square with a play arrow. When I click on the square, I get a new page with a big black square. See attached screen shots. No clicking can play the video. When I check the actual file uploaded, it's OK.

When I right click on the first little black square and "copy the shortcut", I find http://www.stuhmiller.com/XXX/uploaded-video/view/4 There is no such folder as "view" under "uploaded-video". Maybe this is not a URL. When I right click on the second big black square and "copy the shortcut", I get http://www.stuhmiller.com/XXXX/ow_userfiles/plugins/ivideo/WSCT2831.mp4 When I go to that directory, the file is there and it plays correctly. It's as though the viewer is not working correctly.
