How would I add a logo in the header of the site in place of the site name?

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I replaced the 2 instances where it calls to show the site name with my logo and it still shows the site name. Any idea why that is happening? I am totally new at this. Appreciate any help!

To views change, you have to put your site in 'dev_mode'
Go to 'ow_includes' and edit 'config.php'
set "DEV_MODE" in true
Next, go to ow_smarty, template_c and delete all files in this folder
this folder contains cache of your website.

Ye sorry you need to delete the smarty files so they repopulate as your site has been "cached".
