Quote from Francisco Guerreiro which of these is the code? see photo
That's Oxwall's database tables for handling language values, prefixes, etc. Your problem is either 1)The string for the question section name "Basic" is missing, or 2) the value for the string that you see is missing, thus rendering only the string name.

Try changing the questions section name at yoursite.com/admin/questions and hover over the box that should either say "Basic" or the string your'e seeing, and click the edit button and change it's name to "Basic." Save.

This problem can also be because you're using a language pack that is NOT English therefor the translator left out the translation for that heading.
