I don't understand cron job, i'm talking about, when people get a like or a friend request don't it's suppose to go to the there email.. when i do the stmp test it says its working properly

For bluehost, I think the correct command is
/ramdisk/bin/php5 /home7/yourname/public_html/ow_cron/run.php

In your host account, have you Cpanel ? (Where you can create database, webmail etc)

yes. i'm there... in the cpanel now...  do i go to the file mangager

In Cpanel you have an item 'Cron' no ?

i don't see one

Where it says "Common Settings" Click that and select Every Minute. Then in the Command Box put

i get this error owen:  Error"-":1: bad minute
errors in crontab file, can't instal

Wait, Did you copy and past the Command 100%? Im seeing php7 and double //'s

still didn't work, was i suppose to do something to the run.php file

yes i see where i mess that up, i fix it though

After fixing it, Try it again and it SHOULD work.
