Bluehost said that it's in the run.php.... This is the conversation below
This is bluehost.com tech support

Nick: [6:30:32 PM] are you putting this into "cron" in the cPanel?
[6:30:37 PM] What are you putting in each field?
michael: [6:30:58 PM] it says common settings.. every minute
[6:31:03 PM] and in all the fields *
[6:31:31 PM] then i added : /ramdisk/bin/php5 /home4/meekogra/public_html/oxwall/ow_cron/run.php
Nick: [6:32:20 PM] are you able to just run the command once?
michael: [6:32:36 PM] don't understand
Nick: [6:35:04 PM] I tried to run the file run.php and it errors out
[6:35:08 PM] so it may not be configured properly
michael: [6:35:18 PM] the run.php file
Nick: [6:35:27 PM] correct

Error with bad minutes means that something wrong with cron configuration on your hosting. You need to ask them to fix this issue.
Regarding error which operator get, we need to know what the error exactly he received.

Tech support should be able to at least give you the starting path needed to run cron.

this is what the tech support sent back to me from bluehost:

Hello, You should be able to run this with something similar to the following. /usr/bin/php /home/meekogra/oxwall/ow_cron/run.php That should help you get it running, however, I am not sure if you require any special flags for the php command or not. But that should help you set up the cron itself. https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/cron Thank you, Daniel BlueHost.com 888.401.4678 SO I entered that and it still didn't work it just says file error..
