I wanna know if i can update my site from 1.0.3 to the lastest 1.2.4
without any problem i am still with the old 1.0.3 i need some tips how to update my site manually , and what steps I have to follow .

Hello.
This process was describe on our forum many times.
First, you need to fully backup all your site (database&files)
Then, try auto update from you admin panel. Update your platform first. Then update all plugins and theme.

but i can't using update , becuase my site hostling does not allow me FTP, Just SFTP and when u put my password and name its give me error.

Your Username is like (Username)@(yoursite domain) and your Password is just your password. Did you try the Like email layout?

No i am not sure how is that , but i think i cant user port 21 if i am using SFTP
and when i try to use port 22 i still got error .

If you use SFTP only, you need to use port 22 instead.

yes i was trying but , i did it manualy but i think i lost my site all my site its a mess right now i did the core update but it look bad u can see that image :(

Oh fix it alrady my dear friend addenter , it was my mistake with installing i miss some plugins but now i am done !! thank very much for ur suport .
