If I click on View Profile, it opens it in a new window.

View Profile in the User Hint box that appears.

Do do it, you should have programming skills.

You can do it by modifying this file:

ow_plugins/hint/classes/base_bridge.php

HINT_CLASS_BaseBridge class adds the button to User hint.
