can anyone help me to update my site, iv backed up my site, but how do i use the new script & ware to i need to go to upload it or something? & when importing it do i just need to import the file iv backed up? Please let me know in basic steps because i rely do not want to lose everything! thanks

If you feel uncomfortable updating the site yourself, you can just wait a couple more hours and then use the auto-update-function. Your site checks for updates once a day. Make sure you backup'ed your files and your database though, just in case...
