What is all this doing loaded straight into the page, shouldnt we be getting the js externally and the css be in the css file. I think this is helping to the sluggishness of my website.

But i think its causing sluggishness, this code should be loaded in an external not directly into the page.

Technically it is impossible to do. Because this code adds installed plugins and core. Oxwall is a dynamic system with the ability to add/remove plugins. And every plugin adds it's own JS to the core functionality.
