When signed out, how to make site always go to the Join Page | Forum

I have my site set up so guests cannot view the site. Instead, it takes them to the box to login. I would like it to automatically take people to the join page instead of the login box when they are not signed in. How would I do that? Thanks for any help!

after admin login change in "Page and Menu" the adjustment for the oxwall-menu, there you can drag the red JOIN to first stage (left side) and then all Site-Request of Guest going to this registration page.
