Any ideas - Debug Mode now set to True but get this error

Error 500
Internal Server Error.

To get the error details follow these steps:
- Open ow_includes/config.php file and set DEBUG_MODE to true

Help anyone as I now cant get to the admin panel to clear the cache!!

Search is a third-party plugin, it is clearly said in the updating tutorial to disable all 3rd party plugins, you will need to contact search plugin developer to resolve the issue.
