you will need to delete these via phpmyadmin

do the search of search_cmp

and delete these component both for index and dashboard page

if you can't do that send my details to phpmyadmin, ftp and admin details

The problem has been solved by deleting plugin in database and from components tables.

Ross:

1. I opened the admin panel then I disabled all plugins.

2. I found the file /ow_includes/config.php and the value of OW_DEBUG_MODE was change false to true.

3. I didn't update the theme because I use the default theme.

4. I went to the sección of plugins again, there is a seccion where I can update the version from 1.6.0 to 1.7.1. I tried to update and then it threw error 500.

5. When I tried to access again, It redirected me to page error 404.

This Project is not personal, is for my company where I'm working so I need to correct this problem!!!

I also have a problem updating to 1.7.1 The Update was successful but everything went blank when installing the plugins. Now I don't have access to the admin backend. So I guess I need to use FTP to solve this problem. my site is bookerzmedia.com.
Mr Ross, pls I have sent my cpanel details to your message box to check this form me.

Edgar.

The default theme was updated some times in last weeks because some code are necessary updated in the theme...

If you can login in admin panel, you may update. System don't show you any update request for default theme? If reason is YES, then update it because is necesary

Other thing, if you enable OW_DEBUG_MODE any code must be displayed! if not showed nothing maybe you have any problem with .htaccess file

Kumi I fixed your website you may proceed. The error was due to deactivated photo plugin, and some other 3rd party photo viewer required this plugin to be enabled for the proper work of a plugin and website.

I have decided to restore my website to the 24th before the upgrade to 1.7.0 :( i tried everything possible but this is not working at all with the 1.7.1 !!!! My hosting company said :

The site shows error 404 after an upgrade to 1.7.1 because it redirects to http://www.myvirgo.info/e500.php. We traced the execution of your index and noticed the following problem:

So there is something really wrong here Ross, now im on 1.7.0, but i updated all plugins but my index page still doesnt show....it shows a White space !!!

Thank you very much pit and ross, I followed the instructions, I did the steps 1 by 1 and my browser threw the same error 500

When I reload the page it throws blank page

Which is the path where I can see the log?

Can you help me please?

Webster please enable debug mode, there's some other errors on your website, copy the error here. I did not do any changes.

You said you would fix my site for me. I have sent admin and cpanel details to your inbox. I have an issue with my eyes. I can't stay online for long. I know php but what I need is to study oxwall coding style well so I can fix my problems next time.
my site is bookerzmedia.com. It has been offline for about a week now. It will scare my users away.
Please help this time.
