Is there a limit to how many posts can be made in one day and if yes can this limit be changed?

what for post you mean ?
- newsfeed / blog
newsfeed = have comment display setting inside Admin --> plugin setting and over customizing you can change the visible lines (items to show) setting.
blog have "post on page" display limit setting inside admin-->plugin setting and over customizing you can change the visible lines of blog entrys.
i don't know on any limit per day function.

For example if I try to check mailbox I get this message You do not have enough permissions to read this message.
Groups - You are not allowed to create a group
Blog - You can't view this page due to limited permissions

Not that I'm aware off but the problem seems to be with connecting with Facebook where I was limited to doing 5 or 6 posts. My husband deleted my account and I rejoined by just registering. Now I can put up as many posts as I want. Thanks for responding.
