ok i am getting a problem  with one of my users he or she cant login to chat  cause of their username having a underscore in for eg dave_wilo just keeps looping back to main site but when they use davewilo or dave1 everything works perfect is there a way to make usernames have the underscore please

I don't know how to make this, but I know what on registration page, description for username is 'Contains only letters and digits' ...
