Go to the "Store" page, and look at the block that lists the Plugin categories. Under that, you will see a button that says "ADD PLUGIN". Click it.
Fill out the details, attach the right files, and then click "Submit." Your plugin will be reviewed by the Oxwall Store Moderation and if it checks out, it will be made live for every Oxwall user to download/buy.
