i have the same issue, i have clear everything on ow_base_component_place_cache and renamed the folder search on ow_plugins

Look for these components in these tables:
ow_base_component
ow_base_component_entity_place
ow_base_component_entity_position
ow_base_component_entity_setting
ow_base_component_place
ow_base_component_place_cache
ow_base_component_position
ow_base_component_setting
If you can't find them and delete and the issue persists contact search, family friends and links plugin developers to resolve your issue.
