i got error everywhere mainly from mailbox ajax 
ajax update user info there was none these error in 1.7

its crazy amount error i cant even get to try reproduce the newsfeed error

funny thing is only seams to be on one user so far other users are fine

Tammy, the problem is with your htaccess file, I saw that you made some changes in there yesterday, so I put the default content and newsfeed status works, please revert your changes in the htaccess. 

i only removed some stuff from htacees yesterday
