That would be a really great feature.
I suggested the same when I was using ning and grou.ps networks, but neither saw the point.

but win i translete from script how i can export language to be instaled in other installation?

Currently, Oxwall is a multilanguage software. You can translate, import, export your languages via Admin Panel -> Settings -> Lanugages page
But you can' switch language on site frontend. And we will implement this feature on new updates.
