Hello, is there a way to create a privacy category "at least 18yo" or "at least 21yo"?

What do you mean by privacy category? Where exactly it should be implemented?

I mean a possibility to choose as privacy option for example "At least 18yo users". Now there are public, friends and only me...
It would be very useful for example to users who want to add an adult picture on a site with young users...

No, we do not provide such service, create a post in the custom code modification section of the forum.
