I found only 1 solution :
To export language you want, with only the variables you need, delete this language in admin panel and import it.

Hm, but this becomes really fuzzy.
Why?
Because i can just select parts of the translations, not single variables :-(

When I talk about variables I mean part like 'Newsfeed', 'Friends', ...
You can for example dont keep ning import, contact importer,...
