I tried to install the plugin but to me that there is a permission error I changed them in file manager but I'm not login ftp

What permission error? That you don't have permission to overwrite files? Then do manual installation:
2. Unpack the archive and upload extracted files to ow_plugins folder on your server.
3. Go to your Admin Panel > Plugins > Available Plugins section. The plugin you uploaded should appear in the list.
4. Click 'Install' to install the plugin you need.

I installed those available but I can not update can not access the ftp and it is always what I used

I figured out how to load the plugin from Remote.
I would replace existing plugin with the plugin of my old database? then change the name of the configuration database in php? and then update?
