It seems that you don't have setup a cronjob for your site. Please, check these links

I think the cron is set up because the other plugin work correctemen (users online, chat, ...)

is usr/bin/local/php the correct path? Mine is just /usr/bin/php. Also you are running every minute does your host allow one minute cron jobs, normally they only allow 15 mins so anything below will be dismissed.
