The oxwall site and a developer I'm talking with have a js file called jquery-1.7.1.min.js in there installation. When you download the latest version of oxwall this js files isnt included.
I have been told it is needed, can someone confirm if it should be there and any reason why its not.

We used to name files according to the js version. Now, in 1.7.1 we transfer everything to jquery.min.js, so that it is easier to update this library.
Which is why the files is called jquery.min.js and not jquery-1.7.1.min.js, jquery-1.9.1.min.js, jquery-2.0.3.min.js
