Hello again... new problems showing up again to another network...

Be scared about tha last experience about updating so take long to do it... while were updating the pluggins the site lose the Theme structure, and the admin was showed blank.

Perform the manual update and entering onto mysite.xxx/ow_updates shows

Update RequestYour version is up to date.

on Debug mode says:

OW Debug - Notice

Message: Use of undefined constant OW_DIR_LOG - assumed 'OW_DIR_LOG' File: /home/u408769669/public_html/index.php Line: 34

Well, you can disregard the Notice, it won't affect your website functionality.

Is your admin still blank?

Yes, ross, both ... front and back-admin area totally blank... so cannot follow that steps because cannot see nothing.

try to enable debug mode to catch the actual error,

check your error logs to the error related to this time of your site going blank.

copy the errors here so we could assist you.
