Sounds like what Timo is wanting could be accomplished with a static html page. You could list all awards on this page and the points and/or requirements for achieving each award. Then place a link to the page globally on the users dashboard using the "User Dashboard" editor in the admin area. That is my idea.... hope it helps.

I believe yes. I think plugin has it already. I should check.
