Create roles at the "User roles management" page at http://your-site.com/admin/users/roles
Head over to "Privacy & Permissions at" http://your-site.com/admin/permissions/roles
Then you will have to assign per member/Profile page under Moderation drop-down to Change Role.

thank you i found but it shows over the avatar...
i want to show only at profile page... how can i edit?

Omer, you can use the Paid Membership plugin. This plugin adds widget with the user's membership info to the View Profile and Dashboard pages. Or you need to develop a new plugin that will add such widget with the information about a user's role. Please download our 'Plugin Skeleton' plugin to see how to add widgets.
