The last update is not letting anyone upload photos in the Photo area for their account. So, for example if I wanted to Upload New Photo, the popup would appear, but it will not respond when you click the big open area to upload. You can drag and drop, but when you click, it will not respond.
I have disabled all plugins and tested this, but it's not working.
