hy, just saw same issue, dont know, maybe after user delete his account:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getId() on a non-object in /home/domain/domains/url/public_html/ow_plugins/design/init.php on line 24

or it is desgin plugin problem. P.s this is then i go to one of user profiles.
