Any possible to set password on photo album ? or more privacy setting like Facebook. Facebook can set privacy more specific person to view or not. but Oxwall only set Friend only... not really good if I want to share a few different friends not all friends.

This is a custom code modification. You need to do that on your own or hire a programmer to do that for you.
Also you can post in the Custom code modification section, probably some community members will assist you with that.
