hope somebody can help me with my issue.

when i enter into my website, it looks normal until its 100 percent done loading and it redirects to my splash screen. i had it activated on my site and now something is wrong with it and i don't know what to do.

when it's opened, it goes to ; http://www.orientalcircle.com/splash-screen?back_uri= ;

and shows this on screen; 

The requested URL /splash-screen was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

my admin panel is NOT accessible so i dont know how to turn off   the splash screen.

pls help !!
