That is controlled by:
body, html {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #fff}

So best you can do is cover it like this:
.ow_sign_in_wrap {
background-attachment: fixed;
background-image: url("/ow_userfiles/themes/theme_image_21.png");
background-position: right top;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: 100% auto;
height: 100%;
margin: -24px auto 0;
overflow-x: hidden;
padding-left: 20px;
padding-right: 30px;
position: absolute;
width: 100%}

I also added a code to allow the image to fit proper in both desktop and mobile browser, enjoy...

This is body background color:  you need to change it.

Hi Ross,

What i need to know is how do i make the image fit on all screen sizes without showing the background colour and where would i make those changes is it in my CSS in the Admin panel or /ow_system_plugins/base/views/controllers find user_standard_sign_in.html ?

I followed this link to fix / edit / customize my sign in page : http://www.ewtnet.com/...sign-in-page-in.html

Yes because if you change the body background color here on start page it will change it also at inside pages, so the idea is to instead make this image fit proper.

Looked at it again, seems you forgot to adjust the margin just as I have shown, try this again at https://www.myvirgo.info/admin/theme/css in the Edit CSS input.

.ow_sign_in_wrap {
background-attachment: fixed;
background-image: url("/ow_userfiles/themes/theme_image_21.png");
background-position: right top;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: 100% auto;
height: 100%;
margin: -24px auto 0 !important;
overflow-x: hidden;
padding-left: 20px;
padding-right: 30px;
position: absolute;
width: 100%}

Copy and paste exactly as I have it.

you need to correct the margin of ow_header class

.ow_header {

  1. width996px;
  2. padding0px 0px 0px 0px;
  3. margin0px auto 0px;

Webster you need to contact the guy who provided you the customization instructions in order to fix your issue. Otherwiser I'll move this topic to Theme design or custom code modification sections.
