You can go settings in your admin panel and then language.
From there you search for " commented on their photo" and then change the text to what you would like to appear instead

Play, you won't be able to define which comment to use base on the user gender I mean his or her photo, this is custom code modification.
However you can change it to "this photo" in the Languages section in the Admin Panel, just look for the keywords like "their" or "their photo"
