After user sign in from facebook, email and username are not hidden. Maybe its from privacy on fb settings? Because some who is sign from fb this info is invisible for anothe users.

the email should be invisible only admin user can see it
try to use a none admin account and see if u can see the email addy

the problem is that also guest can see emails.. but not all, just same of it who sign in from facebook
