I logged in to your site ( socialsitedirectory.com ) and noticed that all users content from ow_userfiles directory is missing ( avatars, profile covers ). So it is not a `Profile Cover` issue. Something wrong with ow_userfiles directory on your server. Check permissions of the directory and .htaccess rules.
