friends inviter setting is missing - Social Bridge 1.02 | Forum

Hi 
I do have installed the plugin but the "friends inviter setting" is missing. I believe this is why my users cannot publish from Oxwall to their Facebook wall as we have a error message box that say: 
 
"App Not Setup: The developers of this app have not set up this app properly for Facebook Login." 
I am using the version 1.7.1 
 
so far, with the plugin "social publisher", only admin can post from Oxwall to Facebook.

anyone can help ?
