When people sign up on my website and an email is sent to there email address ,the confirm link does not work ,people have to copy the code and paste it in .How can I edit this so when emails on sign up or sent people can just click the link in the email

Pete, that depends on the mail agent they use and it's settings. All links which are send from the website are clickable.

By the way, this happens to confirmation e-mail only or all others?
