i don't really know wheter it is script problem or hosting problem but i'm using business server and cloudflare support
The problem is my site is not fully load , this happen frequently , already tried in every theme i've got , I'll show the problem in the first image below ,
In 1st image below been Marked 1 and 2 . that happened when the problem happen , basically it happen frequently and i need to refresh site many times and sometimes it will be ok , sometimes it will continue with same problem , there 2 image below , 1st image is problem occur , 2nd image is what site should be (when there's no problem) :

1 . when i move cursor tu admin menu , menu wont go down as it should be
2 we can't like , comment , write status ,
Image 2 (After 5-7 times refresh) then it always happen again .
I've already enable debug mode and still no problem shown , please help .
