As I can see, you added some code via Admin Panel > Settings > Main Settings > Page Settings > Custom Head Code. So that is the only place where meta tags formatted as HTML should be added. Consider about removing duplicate meta tags from the code.

Meta tags should be added formatted as HTML tags (like <meta name="description" content="Your page description here" />), not as raw text. Check http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_meta.asp for more details.

FYI if you want to change the meta tags then edit your language file they are already in there.
