As I am A developer Don't use Arvixe ( below my experience with them ) | Forum

As you Know my sites just for demos, so no more traffics, no cpu usage, no active users

But many times my website fall down and can't even access my cpanel

i think oxwall team are wrong when say that Arvixe is good host for their script and list it at first place 

i noticed also that arvixe recently delete oxwall from their bottom menu as the best host for oxwall in social network section 


i decided to leave Arvixe to another

yes you are right Chris, all my demos running very slow, even my cpanel all time falldown, i lost more time to publish new theme for the store, also i was planning to update Modern concept to responsive version today but it will take time because bad arvixe

and they have great support, even you have technical problem they help very quickly

Yeah I agree, Arvixe is S*** imo.... I have one site with them, but it has no user base, and uses a 3rd party embedded chat and that's about all there is to the site.
I moved my actual site due to poor support and lack of flexibility in their hosting plans.
I think they are having issues with their mongoose servers. But they won't accept that the issue is on their side.

i have a business class plan with arvixe, i was on personal class with them but the server was having issues so they upgraded me free of charge to a business class server and things have been so much better, my experience with them has been ok so far,

yes they solve every thing after you want leave them but you will face the same problem after your user increased

they make me upgrade more time

i saw your site when it break down in personal class, i think it take 3 or 5 days, it will make your users angry i thinkl

my site was never down for 3 - 5 days with arvixe you must be confusing me with someone else

my site is no where big enough at this time for anything higher than the plan i am on so if they start telling me otherwise i will be off

Guys Arvixe is a very large hosting company and they offer 24/7 support as well as an oxwall liasion program. If you are ever having issues with arvixe make sure to let me know and I will see to it that your issue gets handled faster then it would anywhere else.

or people could move to a decent host such as hostgator or togglebox

Believe me 24/7 support is fake, i am with arvixe more than 3 years they make me upgrade 3 time, and there is one all my cpanel break down and thay can,t solve the issue, when any problem occurred they told you that is from your script and don't say that from their poor shared host . at this once i closed my old cpanel and lost all my work, the new cpanel break down again last 2 days i opened a ticket after long time they answer with the same words, they said that there are very loud and cpu usage, believe me my dear i never mange any live website, just demos, even i close registeration

i tried to go their live chat but they never answered me


Oxwall Accessories 24 / 7 support may be for US, Canada and another little countries but i think not for Egypt or Arabs 

i will change to Egyptian Host,it is very better than US host

The issue is solved, But trust me i was on chat more than 15 min, but no answer, 

the question is : why my demos sites and cpanel breakdown, these just for demos, not live site and no active users 

i sent to you via a ticket that i will post my bad experience here on the forum, your host make me lost alot of work and money before
