1. Is there anything i don't want guest to see the members list it should be limited to around 20 people so that he will be member and access all the profile.?

First of all, Mashoor, one request per topic.
second and third items are the custom code modification of the software and plugins.
first item, you can hide members menu item from guest. You can do that in the Admin Panel/Pages and Menus section. Hover over members drag and drop item. Click on edit button and untick viewable for guest option.
However if a guest enter the url www.yoursite.com/users he/she will be able to see your members as this is a permalink.
And I did not understand that part: it should be limited to around 20 people so that he will be member and access all the profile.? Can you please elaborate.
