Guys instead of spending time and energy creating a bunch of plugins with low demand. Why not ask Oxwall site owners the type of plugins they most want and then build around that? More money in your pocket and less time spent. WE can come up with general categories and parameters for plugins we want and developers can code around them. Win win.

There is the oxwall.uservoice.com website, but that is strictly suggestions for the Oxwall team. We'd love to hear some suggestions as well :)

For me a video uploader that allows you to set a thumbnail.
Either a new forum plugin that introduces alot more features commonly found on various other forum platforms or a bridge that allows you to use something like XMB or SMF.

I too was gutted when it was removed from uservoice but it is still on Oxwalls roadmap for development some day.
I was tempted to buy "video uploader redesigned" but based on your own reviews Tammy I have decided against it.
I hope Oxwall see how important this feature is soon.

personally i dont see the urgency for a video uploader it will just slow down most ppl's servers. I like that its easy to embed from youtube or vimeo. free embed services. Most ppl who are serious about uploading videos will upload them to youtube anyway. and from there u just embed it or paste the link into oxwall...saves your bandwith

video upload is one the most inportant things to have so like lots of site watermark the video and have embed codes so users can embed video from your site to other there for getting more ppl to your site

I can play video on upload video plugin. But it can not show thumbnails. That is a con. Video uploader redesigned is a must have even it has few problem. Because in China, they can not view Youtube films.

a bridge that allows you to use something like XMB or SMF.This would also give Oxwall integration to apps, plugins and extensions that work with the bridged script, just think of the core features that could be used too.
