Which file do I have to modify to change the home page layout on guests?
I wan to remove some stuff and add my own that will only be visible to guest not to logged in user!

Marus, this is a custom code modification, you can ask any developer to do that for you!

Marcus, If you want to remove something from the index page I believe these are widgets, go to the www.yoursite.com/index/customize and remove unnecessary widgets.
If you want to add some custom html you can do that by adding the custom text\html widget; in the settings of the widget (gear icon) you can choose visibility option; enable it for guest role and disable it for the member's role (by default it's free) or your own one.
