ive notivced that nearly all the  notifications vanish after tagging someone.. one appears only even if i tag twice or more and then when i view the list of notifications only the most recent one is shown and the rest are gone! Its like the notification is replaced instead of added. 

I have tried this with and without autocomplete and on version 7.0 and  7.1.. Both of these show only the last notification and nothing previous! 

PLEASE HELP!
